The handbook outlines the entire four-step business development process for The Great American Small Business Challenge. It also details the work required to complete each step of the process and why that work is neccessary. In addtion, the handbook provides an overview of the awards small business owners can earn during the Challenge (Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum).
